Overview
Aceteam.ai is a AI agent startup that generates complex workflows for the business users, aiming to simplify and streamline users’ repetitive tasks, ultimately helping day-to-day work easier and more efficient.
Challenge
Despite our innovative technology, Aceteam.ai only achieved a few sign-ups when I joined the team, lack of user experience design hindered user adoption that threatens our growth potential.
Role
As a product designer, my role is to help identify and capitalize on product opportunities, ensuring the company's offerings align with market needs and user expectations, to guide the company in designing a functional, user-centric AI product from conception to launch.
The Goal
We aims to increase user adoption by achieving at least 100 new sign-ups through a comprehensive product redesign based on user feedback and targeted marketing strategies in 6 months.

The Problem
The previous design lacked effective user experience elements, failing to provide clear steps to guide users through the process, which resulted in confusion and overwhelm. How might we create a clear, step-by-step process that guides users through complex workflows, reducing confusion and overwhelm while improving their overall experience?

We tested the new design with potential users and received no feedback indicating confusion or overwhelm.

Currently, users are only able to create single workflow, the way to help users get multiple workflow done at the same time is limited. How might we enhance our AI agent system to enable users to create, manage, and execute multi-workflow processes, allowing for more complex task automation while maintaining ease of use and flexibility?
