Cosm is a ticketing app that helps users book tickets for immersive dome stadium events, including sports and music.
Challenge
The current booking process design may have inefficiencies that are not immediately apparent, potentially leading to a suboptimal ticketing experience for users.
Role
I led the UX team in enhancing the user experience design by clarifying ticket-type information and streamlining the booking process. I conducted comprehensive usability testing and spearheaded the redesign efforts, aiming to create an intuitive and user-friendly interface for future users.

Analysis and synthesis
I employed affinity mapping on Miro to visually organize data into two categories. I used green to indicate participants' satisfaction and blue to gather information on participant confusion and feedback.
The testing report
Qualitative data collection
According to the affinity map, I analyzed that the most unsatisfied experiences are below.

Refine
Based on the feedback from the tests and team discussions, I further redesigned the pages from both visually and functionally.
1. Tier level and tickets type confusion solution
2. The solutions for “Social area” informational confusion
3. The solutions for check out page
The Design Result
Following my redesign and resolution of the main issues, I sent the updated version to the same users who participated in the initial usability testing. All users reported a completely satisfactory experience, with no further issues.
